The machines used include: Juki overlockers, “Kansai Special”, “Yamato” and “Pegasus” cover-stitch sewing machines, Juki buttonholes and button machines, Juki computer, “Kansai Special” elasticator, trimming machine, and Pfaff applique machine.

The sewing process uses a great variety of additional equipment to ensure even higher quality and increased capacity, the normal capacity being between 3,500 and 5,000 garment unites per day, depending on the model.
